Another disappointing weigh in

I weighed in today and was only down 0.2. It is a loss, but god, why so small?! I have increased my workouts and have been pretty careful with what I have been eating. The first time I did WW, it seemed like the weight was just falloing off. This time I am having a hell of a time!! Is my body used to WW? Maybe I need to rethink my whole weight loss strategy......Hmm.

Fricking lame

This post is going to be the complete opposite of my last one I hate to say. I was up one pound today which is super frustrating when I was down 3 pounds last week. What gives? I didn't do that bad over the past weekend and I am still using the elliptical in the mornings in addition to my lunchtime workout. Which equates to be about 50 - 70 minutes of exercise a day. That includes both cardio and strength training. Ugh, not quite sure what else I can do to lose weight! Hopefully next week will be better.

Fricking awesome

I am down 3 pounds today! I am so happy I could shit! I firmly believe I owe it to using the elliptical in the morning. I have been getting up early and working out for 20 minutes the past 3 days. It is a small tweak, but it sure seemed to pay off. I am going to keep it going and see how I do next week! :D

I did it!!

I got up this morning and used the elliptical! Granted I was going to begin this like 2 weeks ago, but I got sick right after the New Year. I was also waiting to get new shoes, but stupid Kohl's hasn't had any really good sales on shoes yet. What are they waiting for?! So right now I am just going to have to keep lugging one pair of shoes around until I have 2 pairs for working out. Pretty annoying, but worth it!

New Years Resolutions

Yes, I know I make these every year and never seem to quite follow through with them. This year will be different, I promise!! Here goes!

1. I want to work out for at least 30 minutes every day with a break here and there. If I can do more than 30, great. But if I don't do more, the minimum is 30 no matter what. (I will be starting this as soon as I get over my cold!)

2. I want to run in at least one 5k this spring/summer/fall. At some point in 2009 I am going to enter a race.

3. I want to stay on track with WW. I am never going to lose the weight unless I control my cravings. The first step in losing weight is diet diet diet!!!
